Emily Aitchison

Highlights

As a Senior Manager, Emily oversees a portfolio of clients within the private equity team, including JTC’s largest private equity client. She also manages the day-to-day operations and development of the private equity team.

Prior to JTC, Emily worked for a well-respected fund administrator overseeing a variety of fund clients and structures and supported the launch of a $2.5 billion fund of fund structure and on-boarding circa 400 investors. She has worked for various Jersey regulated and unregulated legal structures including GP/LPs, unit trusts, open-ended mutual funds and carried interest and co-investment vehicles.

Emily has experience in fund launches, fund of funds structures and AML.

In their spare time

Emily enjoys reading, running, travelling and exercising at the gym.

Qualifications

Certificate in Offshore Administration
CGI – Level 5 Diploma in International Finance Administration
ICA Advanced Certificate in Practical Customer Due Diligence
IFF Postgraduate Certificate in The Mechanics of Private Equity
