Ayisha Ashworth, Senior Administrator, Group Business Development (BD) and Marketing, and Danielle Costford, Assistant Manager, BD and Marketing, Institutional Client Services (ICS), have both been shortlisted in the Marketing category of Jersey Finance’s ‘Rising Stars’ awards.
The Awards, now in their third year, are designed to celebrate young local talent and showcase future leaders across the local financial services industry. The other categories are Accountancy, Banking, Compliance, CSR and Employee Morale, Digital, Funds, Human Resources, Investment Management, Law, Operations and Secretarial, Diversity and Inclusion, and Sustainability.
Ayisha joined JTC in March 2020 as part of the Group’s marketing communications team. She is involved in various initiatives focused on employee engagement, communications and brand. In one of her larger projects, Ayisha helped design the upgrade of JTC’s intranet, ‘Joogle’ and led the campaign around its launch including video content, group-wide comms and merchandise.
Danielle is also an experienced BD and marketing professional with a demonstrated history of working in the international financial services industry and a FTSE 250 company. She has a proven track record of working on high profile marketing campaigns and is responsible for delivering the BD and Marketing elements of the ICS strategic plan whilst supporting the Global ICS BD team to deliver wins to meet financial targets.
Ayisha and Danielle both received a Distinction in their CIM Certificates.
In addition, although not shortlisted in the awards, Robbie Scott, Administrator, Private Client Services, received praise from the judges as well as a special recognition award in the Trust and Corporate Services category. Robbie joined JTC in 2019, and recently completed The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland (previously known as ICSA) certificate in International Finance & Administration with 2 distinctions in Core Modules & Investments.
Voting closes on Friday 1 July and the results will be announced at a ceremony on 29 July at the Royal Jersey Showground.
