Zoe joined JTC in July 2025 as Director in the Private Capital Services division following the acquisition of Citi’s global trust and fiduciary services business formerly known as Citi Trust. Her responsibilities include overseeing the management of complex international trust structures, providing strategic client advisory support as well as playing an active role in the division’s business development and client relationship management activities.

Highlights

Zoe has over 16 years of trust industry experience with a background in accounting and auditing. She joined Citi Trust in 2018 as Senior Trust Officer for the China and Taiwan markets, later transitioning to a Trust Relationship Manager role in 2022. Previously, she served as Senior Manager at Trident Trust in Singapore and as Trust Officer at EFG Wealth Solutions, managing private trust mandates for EFG Private Bank’s trust division.

In their spare time

Outside of work, Zoe enjoys travelling and exploring different cultures and cuisines which inspires her own cooking as she experiments with new flavours. She also values staying active.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Hohai University in China
Dual master’s Degrees: MSc in Accounting; MBA from Suffolk University in Massachusetts, USA
