Tahir joined JTC following the acquisition of Minerva in 2018.
Tahir is a Director in the accounting team and leads the operations of the Shared Service Centre. He is responsible to implement standardisation and efficiency within the bookkeeping and accounting functions and shape a high-performance culture by managing and allocating resources effectively to provide excellence in service delivery and support the development and execution of the shared services strategy of other JTC offices in different jurisdictions. Tahir has over 15 years of accounting experiences in different sectors of the economy ranging from audit, construction, tourism and the financial services industry.
Prior to joining Minerva Fiduciary Services (Mauritius) Limited in May 2016, he worked for Standard Bank Group for several years where he gathered extensive experiences in different positions.
Tahir is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA), Chartered Banker (MCIBS), Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (MCSI), hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and an MBA with Specialism in Strategic Planning.
