A Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst, Sean brings over 12 years of experience across fund administration, audit and directorship services.

Prior to joining JTC Special Situations, Sean began his career at a Big Four firm in the United Kingdom, focusing on the audit of pension schemes and supporting clients across various industries, including listed companies in the global food and beverage sector. Since transitioning to the financial services industry in 2016, Sean has developed a deep understanding of a broad range of investment fund structures, including private equity, mutual funds and hedge funds.

Sean is also a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and CFA Institute.
