In his role, he is responsible for providing a full range of corporate services for an extensive and diversified portfolio of clients in the real estate, corporate and private equity industry.

He oversees the administration and review of complex client structures, demonstrating a clear understanding of their portfolio, risk awareness, relationship management and contractual and statutory obligations.

Prior to JTC, Pierrot worked in Luxembourg at a Law firm, managing a portfolio of Luxembourg and international domiciliated companies, specialising on standard corporate services such as refinancing, securitisation, liquidation, migrations, Luxembourg authorities and Regulator authorisation, private equity, and real estate.

He also worked for a well-reputable financial institution where he was responsible for monitoring and reviewing the status of the corporate and legal affairs of the client companies, supervised and signed-off on corporate and finance transactions, ensuring their timely and accurate execution.

Pierrot is experienced in corporate law, commercial law, civil law, private equity, and real estate. He is multilingual and speaks French, English and German.

In their spare time

Pierrot is President of the association Lorraine Africa which promotes exchanges between Africa and Loraine (France) and enjoys reading economical reviews from Les échos and The Financial Times. He also likes playing football and swimming
