Paul Surur

Highlights

Paul is a Senior Director within the Private Capital Services division and is responsible for overseeing the functions of the Delaware and New York offices. He is also Head of Client Experience for the US, ensuring that JTC’s clients in America receive the highest level of service.

Paul has over 30 years of experience in the financial services sector, having spent the latter part of his career in the Private Banking sector before joining Citi Trust. His work has focused on managing change, building teams and processes with an emphasis on continuous improvement and optimising client service.

In their spare time

Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, exercising and discovering new hard rock bands. He is also a lifelong New York Rangers fan.
