Pamela joined JTC in July 2025 following the acquisition of Citi’s global fiduciary and trust administration business, formerly known as Citi Trust. She is an Associate Director within the Private Capital Services division overseeing a team of trust managers and trust administrators who manage portfolios across Latin America and Canada. She supports high-quality client service, portfolio profitability and effective client communication.

Pamela has nearly 30 years of experience in financial services, including over 21 years in trust administration. She previously held senior roles at Cititrust (Bahamas) Limited, and has strong expertise in fiduciary products and structures, trust and company law and portfolio oversight in regulated environments.

In their spare time

Outside of work, Pamela enjoys adventure travel, exploring different cultures and music and participating in community service through her membership in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated. She is a member of Healing Communicators Toastmasters Club 7178 and BFM Diplomats Toastmasters Club 5922881.
