Within her role as an Associate Director in Employer Solutions, she is responsible for the senior oversight of teams dedicated to delivering exceptional client service for International Retirement and Savings Plans, including tasks such as distributions, regular contributions and Data Management.

Lorraine’s primary focus is on ensuring effective team management, enhancing client service and identifying operational efficiencies and controls in the Employer Solutions business. She is also involved in strategic and technological projects within the business.

With over 30 years’ experience within financial services, Lorraine has worked on a wide range of IRSP, EBT and pension plans, often handling complex issues.

Lorraine likes to spend quality time with her family and friends. She also loves travelling and enjoys exploring and walking the beautiful beaches of Jersey.
