Kirsty Preston

Highlights

In her role, Kirsty is responsible for developing JTC’s Middle East funds desk, as well as leading the Cape Town back-office team that supports JTC’s Middle East clients.

She has extensive cross-jurisdictional experience, having worked in financial services firms based in Zimbabwe, South Africa, Guernsey and the UK.

Prior to joining JTC, Kirsty worked for a prominent financial services firm, where she held multiple roles, including working on Luxembourg SPVs and played a key role in setting up the firm’s London office. Following her relocation to South Africa, she led the development of firm’s Global Service Centre which predominately  supported the European offices.

She was later promoted to Head of Corporate Solutions South Africa, where she played a key role in integrating the business following its acquisition. Most recently, Kirsty relocated to Dubai where she focused on Luxembourg SPVs structures, driving automation, integration and client service delivery improvements.

Kirsty has particular experience in SPVs, closed-ended funds, loan administration and company secretarial services.

In their spare time

In her spare time, Kirsty enjoys doing CrossFit and spending time with her two daughters.
