Jeremy is known for his expertise in providing contentious and non-contentious advice across the core offshore practice areas of insolvency, corporate, and trusts law.

Jeremy has significant insolvency and restructuring experience, dealing with cross-border insolvencies, asset recovery/tracing, and receiverships. He has been instructed on factually and legally complex company law cases concerning minority shareholder actions, corporate governance disputes, and schemes of arrangement, in the context of general operating companies, cell companies, and other investment vehicles.

Jeremy has over 25 years’ experience in the legal profession. He is a Jersey Advocate, an English Barrister, and is admitted to practice in the British Virgin Islands, Bermuda, and the Abu Dhabi Global Market.

Prior to joining JTC Law, Jeremy practiced as a barrister in England, as an Attorney in Bermuda, and joined from a Jersey-based law firm where he was a partner for a number of years.
