Jennifer joined JTC in 2021 as part of the RBC cees acquisition and has over 20 years’ experience within financial services.
Within her role, Jennifer is responsible for overseeing the Plan Benefits team, delivering comprehensive administrative services to our clients based in Edinburgh. Additionally, she is involved in handling operational risk events, client implementations and various other internal projects. She also provides support as a mental health first aid officer.
