Gemma joined JTC in 2024, bringing with her 11 years of experience in financial services. As an Associate Director, she contributes significantly to the division’s operations and oversees management across corporate teams to ensure excellent client service.

Prior to JTC, Gemma worked at several prominent firms, primarily dealing with private equity and other assets such as real estate, crypto, and debt. She has extensive experience in team growth management, client, and fund manager onboardings, and handling various asset types, including alternative assets and funds.

Gemma’s expertise includes building and managing high-performing teams and implementing efficient processes.

In their spare time

In her free time, Gemma enjoys running full and half marathons, going to the gym, cycling, coastal rowing, and travelling to experience different cultures and cuisines. She is also a committee member for Friends of the Jersey Neonatal Unit.

CGI Level 4 Certificate in International Finance & Administration
CGI Level 5 Diploma in International Finance & Administration
