Eddy joined JTC in 2022 within the Employer Solutions’ Share Trust team, bringing with him almost 15 years’ experience in the administration of Employee Benefit Trusts (EBTs).
Based in Jersey he looks after a diverse portfolio of EBTs for listed, private and private equity portfolio companies.
As part of his role as Associate Director, Eddy is also responsible for ensuring that all operational aspects in relation to his portfolio of EBTs are managed in conjunction with the relevant EBT documents.
Prior to JTC, Eddy worked for a variety of trust companies where he gained valuable experience working with clients ranging from international FTSE 100 listed companies to small private companies.
His main area of expertise is within the management and operation of EBTs which are operated in conjunction with a variety of employee share schemes / incentive arrangements. He also attends share plans industry events and enjoys meeting with industry peers as part of his role.
In 2018 Eddy won the ICSA administrator of the year award.
