Eddy joined JTC in 2022 within the Employer Solutions’ Share Trust team, bringing with him almost 15 years’ experience in the administration of Employee Share Trusts (ESTs).
Based in Jersey he looks after a diverse portfolio of ESTs for listed, private and private equity portfolio companies.
Within his role as Senior Manager, Eddy is also responsible for ensuring that all operational aspects in relation to his portfolio of ESTs is managed in conjunction with the relevant Trust documents.
Prior to JTC, Eddy worked for a variety of trust companies where he gained valuable experience working with clients ranging from international FTSE 100 listed companies to small private companies.
His main area of expertise is within the management and operation of ESTs which are operated in conjunction with a variety of employee share schemes / incentive arrangements.
