Bernadette May

Highlights

Bernadette joined JTC in 2025 and has over 35 years’ experience within financial services.

As the first Employer Solutions employee based in the Isle of Man, Bernadette is responsible for replicating the Employer Solutions structure currently in place in Jersey and Guernsey to the Isle of Man. Additionally, she will be growing the business, ensuring professional and comprehensive trustee and administration services and providing effective management to the new team.

Prior to joining JTC, Bernadette has worked for several pension trustees and administrators and other financial services firms in a variety of roles.

Bernadette has extensive experience in providing trustee and administration services to Isle of Man registered international and domestic pension schemes and vehicles. She also has experience working with high-net-worth individuals, investment sales and banking and treasury management.

Bernadette is a professional member of The Pensions Management Institute.

In their spare time

In her spare time, Bernadette enjoys spending time with her daughter and pursuing hobbies such as reading, completing jigsaws, DIY projects and cooking.
