Ayisha Ashworth

Highlights

In her current role, Ayisha is responsible for leading internal communication campaigns for the business. She supports various Group and operational functions, including HR, Risk & Compliance, and Legal, and is focused on improving communication channels and employee engagement across JTC’s global network.

Ayisha is also the Marketing partner to JTC Law, the Group’s independent law firm, and is responsible for the management of their external channels and PR, as well as profiling the firm internally.

Prior to joining JTC, Ayisha worked as a Marketing Officer at the Jersey Consumer Council. She has also completed both her CIM Professional Marketing Certificate and Diploma.

In their spare time

Ayisha is not one for hobbies (apart from a short-lived venture into pottery), but she does love trying new restaurants, travelling abroad, and, when not in a reading slump, she’s an avid reader of thrillers and historical crime novels.
