Andrew Watson

Head of PE & RE Depositary - INDOS Financial London 

Andrew joined INDOS Financial (INDOS), a JTC Group Company,  in 2015 and is Head of Private Equity and Real Estate Depositary, based in London.

Within his role, he is responsible for leading depositary service delivery to INDOS’ private equity, real estate and infrastructure clients in the UK and other non-EU jurisdictions.

Prior to INDOS, Andrew worked for Heritage Group, a financial services provider, initially as a Senior Fund Accountant, he subsequently moved into the role of Senior Depositary Officer, where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of AIFMD depositary clients.

Andrew has gained over 20 years’ experience within the private equity and financial services industries.

Qualifications

  • Accountant (FCA)
  • BA (Hons) - Mathematics

In Their Spare Time

Andrew is very much interested in sport and fitness, including football (just about!), cycling and running. His remaining spare time is taken up with a house restoration project in his home town of Bangor, Northern Ireland.
