Alexander joined JTC in 2022 as an Associate Director and has over eight years’ experience within financial services.
In his role, he is responsible for a portfolio of clients, focusing primarily on private equity and digital assets.
Prior to JTC, Alexander worked for a well reputable fund and corporate administrator, where he worked extensively with the compliance department on approaches to institutional investor on-boarding and risk assessments of fund SPV clients. He also managed his team to ensure the smooth execution of a number of private equity deals ranging from $100m + to $1 billion +. In addition, he also successfully managed the roll-out of outsourcing to the business’s centre of excellence.
Alexander has specialist expertise in risk & compliance, company secretarial, analytic research, relationship management and cryptocurrency/digital assets.
