He oversees client delivery and commercial performance, ensuring high service standards, regulatory compliance and excellent client experience. He is also responsible for ensuring effective risk management, resource planning and process optimisation. Zoubeir works closely with JTC’s global leadership team to align Mauritius’ priorities with Group objectives and contributes to cross-jurisdictional initiatives and best-practice development. 

Zoubeir has nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and has held senior roles with leading global firms including Apex Group, Ocorian and Oak Group. His career spans fund administration, business development and operational leadership, driving commercial growth across Mauritius and Africa focusing on scalable, high-quality service delivery.

Outside of work, Zoubeir enjoys hands-on hobbies such as car detailing and composting. He has a long-standing passion for football and a recent interest in golf. He also enjoys listening to personal development podcasts, with The Diary of a CEO among his favourites.
