Within his role, Victor is responsible for the direct line management of Global IT Operations across multiple jurisdictions, overseeing all IT matters at JTC. He coordinates efforts with globally dispersed support teams to create, implement, and continuously improve business processes. His goal is to deliver reliable, knowledgeable, friendly, and timely user support through effective service desk management.

Victor feels exceptionally fortunate to have such a great multi-jurisdictional team working alongside him in JTC’s dynamic environment. His team’s expertise and clear sense of direction provide confidence and clarity in their operations.

In their spare time

In his spare time, Victor enjoys spending time with his family, having fun and eating out at restaurants. He especially enjoys the summer months in Jersey down at the beach, seeing all the sites on his runs.
