Tom joined JTC in 2023 with responsibility for supporting the Group’s Mergers & Acquisitions activity.
Based in London and working directly with CEO Nigel Le Quesne and CFO Martin Fotheringham, Tom has a global remit to continue our successful strategy of acquiring high quality, complementary companies that grow and augment the JTC business. He will support on all transactions from sourcing and evaluating opportunities through to post deal integration matters.
Tom is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant and has most recently worked for PwC in their M&A lead advisory practice.
