Sashin joined JTC in 2020 and has around five years’ experience in the financial services industry.

In her role, Sashin oversees a team responsible for assisting clients’ day-to-day deliverables.

She started her career in the transfer agency space at JTC, which is a fast-paced environment.

Sashin concluded her accounting articles in one of the Big Four, where she had exposure to a variety of enterprises. She also volunteered as a scribe at the Eros Special School in Bridgetown for children with special needs.

Sashin is a quick learner when it comes to systems and is proficient in redesigning processes, identifying weaknesses and implementing controls. She provides support to her team in tax-related cases.
