Nyaradzo Usai

Director - Tax Compliance & Regulatory Reporting Jersey 

Nyaradzo joined JTC in 2018 and was promoted to Director in 2023. She specialises in UK and Jersey corporation tax, high net worth individuals personal tax, tax accounting, international tax issues, construction industry tax compliance and tax due diligence during group acquisitions and restructurings.

Prior to joining JTC, Nyaradzo started her career in sciences as a chemical engineer until 2013 when she joined a big four accountancy firm. She studied towards her accountancy qualification and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2016. Nyaradzo worked in the big four firm’s tax team for five years and during this time gained a wide range of direct and indirect tax experience.

  • ACCA
  • MSC in Chemical Engineering
  • BEng (hons) Chemical Engineering
  • Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA)
  • Advanced Level Designation in International Tax (ADIT)

In her spare time, when she is not busy with her two young children, Nyaradzo likes to watch stand-up comedy shows.
