Within his role, Majdi is responsible for improving efficiencies and strengthening JTC’s controls to support scalable growth. This includes leading automation and digital transformation initiatives across operations, identifying high-value opportunities, shaping solution architecture and delivering technology-enabled change.

He also works closely with stakeholders across the business to translate operational challenges into practical solutions that deliver measurable value.

Prior to joining JTC, Majdi held roles in auditing, financial services operations and digital innovation. This experience enables him to deliver high quality process improvements, automation, business analysis, workflow development and technology-enabled operational change.

Majdi has particular expertise in aligning technology with operational requirements, navigating process complexities and designing solutions that are both practical and aligned with business needs.

In his spare time, Majdi is an avid runner and hiker and he also loves travelling.
