Lauren is a key member of the Group Communications team at JTC, where she collaborates with stakeholders across the business and leads project communications initiatives. As the internal brand guardian, Lauren ensures the consistency and alignment of JTC’s brand vision within the organisation.

She provides strategic communications support to various Group and operational functions, including Human Resources, Risk & Compliance, and Finance. Lauren is dedicated to enhancing communication channels and developing targeted internal communications to support JTC’s ever-expanding global network.

Highlights

Prior to joining JTC in 2024, Lauren began her career in Internal Communications within the healthcare industry in 2014. She has since obtained several professional qualifications through the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and the Institute of Internal Communication (IoIC), further strengthening her expertise in the field.

Lauren enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends and loves nothing more than a day pottering in her garden!
