Round Hill selects JTC as fund administrator on London listed music royalty fund

We are delighted to announce that JTC Guernsey has been selected as administrator and registrar on the Round Hill Music Royalty Fund Limited (the Fund) following their listing on the Specialist Fund Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange for which JTC acted as receiving agent.

JTC has provided full support through the launch working closely with the Round Hill team and the teams of specialist advisors in the UK and Guernsey.

The Fund raised US$282 million on launch and will be managed by Round Hill Music LP, a music publisher based in New York.

Round Hill Music is a private equity firm exclusively dedicated to investments in revenue generating music copyright assets. The Fund will continue the firm’s strategy of investing in high-quality and established music royalties.

Round Hill Music intends to purchase a portfolio of 120,000 songs from 40 catalogues by artists including the Beatles, Celine Dion and the Rolling Stones.
