David Vieira, Chief Communications Officer and Group Head of Sustainability Services, has been shortlisted in the upcoming Citywealth Brand Management and Reputation Awards 2024 in the ‘Best Marketing & Communication Director’ category.
Now in its eighth year, these awards recognise the best brands emerging from the financial industry. They highlight the contributions made by hundreds of marketing, business development and public relations professionals in the sector, specifically emphasising the importance of communication strategies brought forward by the pandemic and the surge in remote working.
A worthy candidate for the award, David joined JTC in 2013 and has over 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, sales, business development and product development. In his current role, which also includes Group Head of Sustainability Services, David is responsible for the JTC brand, all external and internal marketing communications and the Investor Relations function. He also manages a marketing function of over 25 employees, with oversight of the divisional, internal comms and digital teams.
In response to his shortlisting, David said:

Public voting for the awards will open on the 26th January. The awards ceremony will then take place on 20th June at the Great Scotland Yard Hotel.
