In her role within the JTC Academy, Sarah brings subject matter expertise in talent and leadership development to JTC. She acts as a talent and learning partner to senior leaders across the business, designing and facilitating leadership training and overseeing JTC’s coaching offering and talent programmes.

Highlights

Before moving into in-house talent and leadership development roles, Sarah spent 13 years working as a consultant in strategy and leadership advisory firms. She is an experienced leadership assessor and executive coach, and immediately prior to joining JTC, she spent five years as Head of Talent and Capabilities in the UK Civil Service.

In their spare time

Outside of work, Sarah sings in an award-winning female a cappella group and is an avid reader of contemporary fiction. Her two young children also keep her busy.
