Associate Director – Tax Compliance and Regulatory Reporting

Rujuta currently oversees the delivery of comprehensive regulatory reporting services, ensuring they meet the needs of JTC clients in Jersey, across other offices and for external engagements. Her role focuses on managing FATCA and CRS reporting, as well as maintaining the integrity of tax data across a diverse portfolio of clients.

Rujuta leads a continuous programme of reviews to ensure the business remains fully compliant with its obligations across multiple jurisdictions, including Jersey, Guernsey, Cayman, BVI, the Bahamas, Luxembourg, the UK, Mauritius and Singapore. This involves staying up to date with evolving regulatory requirements and ensuring accurate, timely reporting in each region.

In addition, she plays a key role in developing the team’s technical capabilities by providing ongoing support, training and coaching. By upskilling colleagues and promoting best practices, Rujuta help ensure that regulatory expectations are consistently met while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
