Robert Kerley

Highlights

He is a Director in the Private Capital Services division and leads a team focused on Asia, Europe & Africa, administering large and complex trust, company and SPV structures for ultra-high net worth private clients and entrepreneurs. His team oversees a broad range of assets, including commercial and residential real estate, private equity, investments, life assurance and structured investment products, and he also acts as a director on client structures.

Before joining JTC, Robert was a Senior Vice President at Cititrust (Jersey) Limited, where he led the Asia, Europe & Africa team. Prior to that, he spent 10 years at Barclays Wealth in senior roles, including heading two teams responsible for trust and company structures for private clients across Asia, Europe, Africa and Russia. With over 25 years of experience in financial services, he has built strong expertise in complex structures across multiple asset classes, including private trust companies, trading companies and super yachts.

In their spare time

Outside of the office, Robert spends time with his family and friends, as well as keeping fit, travelling and snowboarding (when he can).
