Lysha is a Associate Director within JTC’s private client services team. She prides herself on delivering excellent client service while overseeing high levels of professional governance to our Cayman trust and corporate structures.
Prior to joining JTC in 2022, Lysha worked in a number of management roles with leading firms in the Cayman Islands, managing diverse portfolios of private and institutional clients, primarily in the UK, the BVI and Hong Kong.
Having worked in the financial services industry for over 18 years, Lysha has significant expertise in the on-boarding and establishment of corporate vehicles, corporate governance and entity management. She has successfully led teams of corporate administrators, ensuring compliance with Cayman’s regulatory requirements and AML framework.
