Katie joined JTC in 2022 and has seven years of experience in financial services.
In her current role, Katie is responsible for providing company secretarial and board support services to clients within the London corporate transactional team and provides training, coaching, and mentoring to the junior colleagues in her team and the wider department.
Prior to JTC, Katie worked as a Company Secretarial Assistant at a well-known firm, where she assisted the Managing Director of the UK to grow the business.
Katie has expertise in process agent appointments and the transactions involved.
