Julien was appointed to his role as Senior Director in 2023, to support the strategic development of the Guernsey business across all business operations.

Julien has over 35 years of financial services experience split equally between Banking and Fiduciary sectors. For the last 25 years he has been operating out of Guernsey, specialising primarily in multijurisdictional senior positions in global and financial services companies.

Prior to JTC, Julien held the position of Chief Administration Executive for a well-reputable Bank and Trust provider.
