With over 20 years of dedicated experience in the industry, Hazel has successfully supported a diverse clientele, including entities, partnerships and trusts, in meeting their corporate governance and regulatory requirements.

Prior to joining JTC Special Situations, Hazel served as the head of client regulatory services at a large financial services provider, where she honed her expertise in navigating complex regulatory landscapes.

Hazel is an accredited Director, certified by the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada, registered with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority as an Approved Director and holds the title of Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
