Esperance joined JTC in 2017 within our Institutional Client Services division, and is responsible for managing the financial reporting function and the audit process of real estate and corporate entities.
She also managed the preparation of the consolidated IFRS financial statements of JTC Group in preparation for our listing on the London Stock Exchange in March 2018.
Prior to joining JTC, Esperance gained valuable audit and accounting experience at BDO Limited in Jersey, where her main focus was on audit quality and ensuring that the risk management and auditing processes were carried out successfully. She also has extensive technical knowledge and application of accounting standards, including IFRS and US GAAP.
