Daron joined JTC in 2025 as Infrastructure Technology Lead and is responsible for the design, management and maintenance of the Group’s IT infrastructure across all jurisdictions.

Highlights

Prior to joining JTC, Daron was Head of IT Infrastructure for Capita, Link Group and then Apex Group, where he supported numerous mergers, acquisitions and disposals. He has also planned and managed multiple international cloud migrations of IT Infrastructure including servers and telephony systems.
Daron began his career with IBM in 2007 and moved into Financial Services in 2014. He has spent the last decade working in the financial services industry in various technology roles.

In their spare time

Daron enjoys boating around the Islands when the weather permits and having only moved to Jersey in 2025, there are still lots of places to explore! He also volunteers for the local RNLI to give back to the local community.
