Ben joined JTC in 2018 and has over 20 years’ human resources experience gained across different business sectors.
He is currently responsible for setting the learning strategy for the Group and implementing associated activities via the ‘JTC Academy’.
Ben started his career in the manufacturing world working in recruitment, payroll and other central HR functions before specialising in learning & development, where he then managed a large variety of learning projects with clients across Europe. Ben has held management roles at Xerox, BHP Billiton, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), HSBC, Ogier and most recently Crestbridge, before joining JTC.
