Group Director - Head of Tax Compliance & Regulatory Reporting

Emma is a Chartered Tax Advisor and Group Director based in JTC’s Jersey office, where she leads the Tax Compliance & Regulatory Reporting function. She has overall responsibility for JTC’s global information exchange programme, including FATCA and CRS reporting, as well as JTC’s in-house tax compliance services, supporting clients and structures across multiple jurisdictions.

Emma joined JTC in 2016 from Grant Thornton, where she advised a broad range of clients on Jersey and International tax matters, including private wealth and corporate structures with cross-border tax considerations. She has over 25 years’ experience in financial services and specialises in tax compliance, regulatory reporting, and the development of robust operational and risk frameworks within complex, multi-jurisdictional environments.

As part of her role, Emma works closely with senior leadership across the Group on regulatory change, risk management, and the ongoing development of JTC’s tax and reporting capabilities.
