Robert joined JTC in 2010, having previously been a Director of Caversham Fiduciary Services, where he worked for 15 years both in Jersey and Dubai.
Robert is now responsible for projects that assess and address the commercial challenges and opportunities presented to JTC through changes and developments in the global regulatory and risk landscape. In this role, he works with a number of key internal stakeholders, including the global boards, to mitigate commercial threats and spot and develop new opportunities for efficiencies or revenue growth.
Robert started his professional career as an auditor and, after qualifying, he transferred to fiduciary services, firstly within a fund environment and then in private client services. He specialised in the development and implementation of bespoke fiduciary solutions across multiple jurisdictions, and has delivered a number of presentations on this subject at conferences in Europe, Asia and North America.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants as well as a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
