The JTC GIVES programme encourages an employee-led approach to charitable fundraising and donations so that our people, wherever they’re based, are supported to help create a more sustainable and equitable world.


JTC GIVES focuses on a commitment to support charitable and community causes that are both local to our 20+ jurisdictions and on a wider scale where we believe our contribution can make a greater difference.

Driven by our continually growing global team network, JTC GIVES provides the opportunity for each of our offices to champion causes that matter to them the most.

Alongside this commitment, the Group also pledges to support worldwide organisations that have a more extensive reach. These donations help support communities in times of need and highlight global issues that are important to us.


Guided by the principle that we are ‘stronger together’, we believe in the enormous power we can have as a collective. We want to empower our employees to support charities and organisations that they are passionate about whilst also aligning with our wider themes of Knowledge, Sustainability and Wellbeing.

JTC GIVES also enables colleagues to request a donation from the business for their chosen charity when they take part in a fundraising event or challenge. Employee requests from marathons, triathlons, bungee jumps, sponsored walks, bake sales, and everything in between are all considered as we want to encourage everyone to play a part in creating positive change.


It’s important to us reward the causes that are championed by our people. Employees who dedicate their personal time to volunteer for charities or community initiatives are also able to request a donation on behalf of JTC. We hope to recognise the skills and time our people donate to meaningful causes either as individuals, teams or whole offices.


Sustainability at JTC covers our commitment to an internal ESG framework, encapsulating how we focus on key practices in three main areas – People, Data and the Environment.

With particular reference to the environment, protecting the planet is a collective effort and a consideration that remains firmly at the top of JTC’s agenda. Our sustainability activities include Group offsetting pledges and carbon net zero goals, right down to empowering our employees to make positive changes through initiatives such as Alternative Transport Week.

At JTC, we’ve been on a transformative journey since 2020 in becoming a Carbon Neutral+ organisation. This means that every year, we meticulously calculate our carbon emissions and take steps to remove even more carbon from the environment than we emit.

We’re not just stopping at reducing our impact – we’re also actively working to restore and regenerate our planet.

With a global network working together under one name, it’s important to us that our employees, wherever they are based and as part of the wider Group, feel informed and connected. We aim to achieve this through a programme of communication and engagement initiatives, which include everything from internal competitions to our annual #FestiveTogether Christmas fun and even celebrating national awareness days – such as doing donut drops on National Donut Day or juice orders for our Wellness Festival.


At JTC, our culture is all about making connections, building friendships, working hard and having fun. The Sports and Social programme is employee-led, meaning there are a range of diverse and exciting activities to get stuck into at all times.
