The JTC GIVES programme encourages an employee-led approach to charitable fundraising and donations so that our people, wherever they’re based, are supported to help create a more sustainable and equitable world.
GETTING OUR OFFICES INVOLVED
JTC GIVES focuses on a commitment to support charitable and community causes that are both local to our 20+ jurisdictions and on a wider scale where we believe our contribution can make a greater difference.
Driven by our continually growing global team network, JTC GIVES provides the opportunity for each of our offices to champion causes that matter to them the most.
Alongside this commitment, the Group also pledges to support worldwide organisations that have a more extensive reach. These donations help support communities in times of need and highlight global issues that are important to us.
SUPPORTING OUR PEOPLE
Guided by the principle that we are ‘stronger together’, we believe in the enormous power we can have as a collective. We want to empower our employees to support charities and organisations that they are passionate about whilst also aligning with our wider themes of Knowledge, Sustainability and Wellbeing.
JTC GIVES also enables colleagues to request a donation from the business for their chosen charity when they take part in a fundraising event or challenge. Employee requests from marathons, triathlons, bungee jumps, sponsored walks, bake sales, and everything in between are all considered as we want to encourage everyone to play a part in creating positive change.
It’s important to us reward the causes that are championed by our people. Employees who dedicate their personal time to volunteer for charities or community initiatives are also able to request a donation on behalf of JTC. We hope to recognise the skills and time our people donate to meaningful causes either as individuals, teams or whole offices.
