JTC looks to the future after 2018 fundraising success

JTC raised £18,000 for Channel Island charities last year through a number of exciting and memorable fundraising activities.

These included ‘director dress-up’ days, bake-offs, raffling off highly sought-after car parking spaces and, of course, having one of its die-hard Manchester United supporters begrudgingly don a Liverpool FC shirt for the day.

Charities which benefitted in Jersey and Guernsey from these internal fundraising efforts included Jersey Hospice Care, A Smile for Georgie, and many more.

Commenting on the amount raised for Channel Island charities last year, Wendy Holley, COO, JTC said:

“We are very proud of the efforts which our Channel Islands offices have put into charity fundraising in the last year, whether it was through dress-down days, baking delicious cakes for everyone, or organising the more innovative challenges, every person has made a big difference. We’re also looking forward to sharing details of some of the other activities which our jurisdictional teams have been involved with.

“For the year ahead, JTC will be really focussing on its charitable and community efforts in 2019 with everyone across our 20 global offices working together in support of the Group’s efforts.”
