JTC has been shortlisted for “Fund Administration: ManCo Services” in the annual Drawdown Awards for 2023.
The Drawdown Awards are designed to celebrate excellence and innovation within private capital fund operations with the ceremony due to take place in London in June.
JTC’s Management Company service (ManCo) provides a cost-effective, flexible and AIFMD-compliant outsourced solution for fund promoters of EU and non-EU funds, whether the objective is to set up a dedicated ManCo for larger funds groups or achieve economies of scale through a shared ManCo structure.
Alongside existing ManCo services, 2023 saw the launch of JTC Global AIFM Solutions, providing alternative investment fund services from Guernsey, Ireland and Luxembourg to provide EU and non-EU AIFM solutions, which are bespoke to clients’ individual needs.
