Sounaina joined JTC in 2019 as part of the Risk & Compliance department.
Sounaina is primarily responsible for ensuring that JTC Fiduciary Services (Mauritius) Limited and its administered entities remain compliant with prevailing laws and regulations, whilst also ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of systems and processes through the efforts of all team members. In addition to her role as Manager of the department, Sounaina acts as the Deputy MLRO for JTC Fiduciary Services (Mauritius) Limited.
Prior to JTC, Sounaina worked at Mauritius International Trust Company Limited (MITCO) for almost 3 years. Preceding this, she held the role of Compliance Officer at Glenara Management Services Ltd and Legal Officer for a domestic company.
