Lia joined the Company Secretarial team at JTC Guernsey in 2018 and has 11 years’ experience within financial services industry.
Lia acts as the Company Secretarial lead to a significant listed property structure, which includes a wide-array of activities in relation to Company Secretarial and Corporate Governance matters. Ensuring the highest level of client service is a key aspect to her role.
Lia has experience with open and closed-ended Guernsey regulated funds, licensed entities, BVI entities, and listings on all of the major stock exchanges.
