Lesley-Ann joined JTC in 2021 as part of the acquisition of RBC cees and has over 30 years’ experience in delivering direct client and operational service solutions for outsourced employee pension and benefit plans.
In her current role, she is responsible for the senior management, oversight, control and development of the operational teams who provide optimum client service to International Retirement and Savings Plans. She is also responsible and accountable for wider internal services on Data Management and Reporting.
Lesley-Ann’s career in financial services includes 25 years with professional actuarial and consultancy firms Mercer, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Capita Employee Benefits prior to joining RBC in 2014 as a Senior Manager. Her roles have been varied and span leading new business implementation teams, business process and quality improvement teams, consultancy and operational client partnerships.
