Leanne joined JTC in 2023 and has over 10 years’ experience in the financial services sector.
She is responsible for the day-to-day relationship of existing fund clients, fulfilling trustee, fiduciary and administration duties. Leanne is also involved in a variety of activities, such as attendance at board meetings and trustee meetings, reviewing transaction documentation and overseeing the day-to-day operations and development of the real estate funds team.
Prior to JTC, Leanne worked for a well reputable fund administrator where she managed a large team of administrators to provide high-quality fund administration to a leading real estate investment management business. Over her career she has worked on various Jersey and Luxembourg fund structures and established strong professional relationships with clients and intermediaries.
Leanne has specialised in Investor onboarding, real estate debt fund structures and Luxembourg structures.
