Fran joined JTC in 2013 and has over seven years’ experience in financial services.

In her role as Manager, she acts as Company Secretary for a portfolio of clients, delivering a wide array of activities, such as attendance at board meetings, preparing fund related documentation, producing governance sections for financial statements, and regulatory and statutory returns.

Prior to JTC, Fran worked for an online trading platform where she was responsible for all aspects of the governance for the parent companies of the group, including mergers, re-domiciliation and often migrations.
