Administrator - Group Digital - Business Development & Marketing

ROLE OVERVIEW 

This role sits within the Group Digital BD&M team, which provides a full range of marketing and business development services to the wider JTC Group globally.

PURPOSE OF JOB

The role supports JTC’s digital marketing initiatives and campaigns collaborating with experienced market professionals to execute strategies across various digital channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, search engine optimisation (SEO), content creation. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Work collaboratively with the divisional marketing teams to support the delivery of business development and marketing plans in particular in the following areas:

Website:

  • Support with the management of the JTC Group suite of websites (external sites and JTC’s intranet) – maintenance and uploading of content.
  • Support ad-hoc web development projects
  • Support SEO strategy tasks, including keyword research, on-page content optimisation, and technical improvements.
  • Support with providing website performance analysis and reporting.

Digital Marketing:

  • Support the development and implementation of content marketing strategies, including creating and optimising website content, social media content, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging digital assets, such as videos and motion graphics, infographics, and interactive content.
  • Support the delivery of paid ad campaigns for the divisional teams
  • Support with the delivery of subsequent campaign reporting.
  • Remain up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement

General:

  • Adhere to CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level and JTC’s policy and procedure
  • Adhere to JTC core values and expected behaviours;
  • Support the internal and divisional teams with the execution of events (both in person and virtual). This might require occasional evening work where time in lieu will be awarded.
  • Any other duties as deemed necessary by senior management.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or relevant professional qualification.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing principles, techniques, and platforms
  • Proficiency in utilising social media management tools, content management systems (CMS), and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Ideally Premier Pro and/or After Effects) is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail, the ability to work to tight deadlines,
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritise effectively.

  • Demonstrating a genuine interest in digital marketing
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Prior experience (min. 1-2 years) in digital marketing or a related role, is essential.
