We offer a wide range of implementation and migration services relevant and customised to your specific jurisdictions.

Example, but not all, implementation and migration services include:

  • Co-ordination with advisors (banks, notary, lawyers, tax advisors)
  • Liaising with external parties to ensure the correct implementation of structuring advice
  • Preparation of standard articles of association and co-ordination with notary
  • Risk & compliance support

We will work closely with you to produce and agree on a migration timetable to ensure a seamless migration over to JTC.
