Compliance Senior Manager - Fund Services Luxembourg 

Sofiane joined JTC in 2022, and has over 18 years’ experience in the AML/KYC industry.

He is responsible for the proper application of the company’s compliance and AML/CFT framework, taking into account the regulations in force.

Prior to JTC, Sofiane has held various roles in relation to AML/KYC services, ranging from Deputy Head of AML CFT to Assistant Vice President.

He is also part of a working group of ALCO (Luxembourg Association of Compliance Officers) and LPEA (Luxembourg Private Equity Association).

Sofian is bilingual and speaks English and French.

Qualifications

  • BAC STT Accountancy and Business
  • Registered RC/RR by the CSSF and the AED
